Erica D. Hill, M.Ed., brings over 12 years of dedicated experience in education to her role as Principal of Wright Preparatory Academy. With a strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Ms. Hill has served in a variety of impactful roles—including Kindergarten through 2nd grade teacher, Dean of Students, Dean of Academics and Culture, and Director of Academics. Her career reflects a deep passion for student achievement, positive school culture, and community engagement. Known for her vibrant energy, Ms. Hill believes in meeting the needs of every student through connection, consistency, and a commitment to excellence. She often infuses her love of singing and dancing into the school day, creating a joyful and inclusive environment that inspires both students and staff. Ms. Hill is proud to lead Wright Preparatory Academy with a vision rooted in equity, empowerment, and enthusiasm. She looks forward to partnering with families, educators, and the broader community to ensure every student thrives

Mr. Darryl Lindsay joined ACCEL Schools in 2013 as the founding Dean of Student Life & Management at Canton College Preparatory School and was promoted to Principal there in 2017. Prior to ACCEL Schools, Mr. Lindsay worked as an educator in public and charter K-8 schools in Ohio, Florida, and Michigan.
